Apple mangoes — in an immature state, these mangoes are green, then turn yellow, and then turn red. Their consistency is of medium softness, i.e. they are not as tough as green mangoes, but also not as soft as classic yellow Filipino mangoes. And the taste is really similar to apples, so there is a reason for such a name! In taste, this variety is not at all similar to other mango varieties, and they also differ significantly in appearance.

Ananas comosus is a tropical fruit that is much appreciated for its unique aroma and sweet taste. It is known as a fragrant fruit because it contains a number of volatile compounds. This pineapple variety is also a rich source of minerals and vitamins that are good for health.

Amazing avocado — very creamy and buttery. It is a local Ugandan variety with creamy flesh and a very intense aroma. Perfect for restaurants and sophisticated avocado fans around the world.

This hybrid is a cross between purple granadilla and yellow passion fruit. They all have a different taste and are very juicy. The variety was bred here in Uganda by the Institute of Agricultural Research.

Vanilla grown in uganda is considered one of the best in the world. The farmers we work with in uganda grow vanilla in the fertile crescent north of lake victoria; precipitation falls here almost weekly, eliminating the need for artificial irrigation . Skilled growers supply the bean vanilla to our processors who blanch, ferment, slow dry and condition.
